SUMMARY: Responsible for the success, definition, development and launch of Sylvania LED luminaires into the trade channel. Utilize industry knowledge and market research to determine distributor, contractor and end user needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio fit within LEDVANCE’s strengths and future direction. Coordination and execution of all marketing objectives including project management and program development. Specific areas of focus include graphic design of product flyers, product demos, trade show banners etc. This will be accomplished through collaboration with regional managers, field sales, operations and product managers and other support teams. In addition, this position will be responsible for marketing communication messages and develops solutions to a variety of significantly complex problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Develop new distributor merchandising tools to support the seeding of new Luminaire products • Implement product marketing activities including literature development, promotional programs, product data sheets, product catalogs, and specification guides. • Create messaging for sales/marketing materials. This would include content for collateral, technical sheets, web pages, newsletters and customer programs that will drive revenue growth and product awareness. • Manage rewards program and supporting marketing push campaigns to external audience • Analyzes marketing influence on attainment of revenue goals and manages within marketing budget. • Utilize internal systems to pull, upload, and obtain product and application images for projects. • Develop an outbound demand generation campaign (email) to support pipeline creation for the sales force. • Administer field surveys for project forecasting OTHER: • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Requires an understanding of the industrial commercial lighting industry buyers, their behavior and channels of communication. • Demonstrated experience in coordination and execution of all marketing objectives including project management and program development Including strategic brainstorming • Ability to think creatively, detailed oriented and excel in multi-tasking • Strong project management skills • Possess solid team skills • Ability and desire to work in a corporate setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills to conduct meetings and give presentations to internal and external audiences
