Sales Programs and Claims Manager

The Role This role will report directly into our Sales Finance Manager and will be responsible for the sales programs and claiming activities for both the US and Canada.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Training and supervision of Trade/SM Sales Programs and Claim Rebates
  • Supervision of Trade Agent Commissions
  • Review and approval of sales program financial documents
  • GL Account management and reporting
  • SAP Accrual Management: Trade/SM channels
  • Sales Program Balance Sheet ownership and leading the regular BS reviews for specific accounts
  • Coordinate work relating to internal/external audits in the periodic review of company financial records
  • SAP S4Hana and Salesforce support
  • Collaboration with Sales, Operations, Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service & other teams
  • Ad hoc requests to support the business as required

Individual Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 5 years of finance experience, Supervisory experience desired
  • SAP and Excel experience required
  • Ability to present effectively to executive management & navigate political environments
  • Desire to lead a team and collaborate across all functions towards common goals
  • Other: Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking, confident, customer service orientated, organizational awareness & commitment, ability to deliver in fast-paced environment

  • Relocation and/or work sponsorship are not available with this position.
  • This role is located in Wilmington, MA with a minimum of 3 days in-office required.
