We know all the requirements of the general illumination market and cater for the individual demands of our direct and indirect customers. Responsible for developing and implementing Go-2-Market concepts and marketing tools for luminaire (LUM) products for the Trade channel to support business growth and sales targets in the US and Canada. Establish efficient product launched process and communication to the market. Additionally, develop and secure on-time product launches and marketing activities for the sales team and our distributors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Develop and implement Go-2-Market concepts for the LEDVANCE LUM portfolio, targeted at the trade channel and BtB target audiences. • Create and implement marketing tools for PUSH and PULL marketing to drive business growth. • Manage efficient product launch preparation and communication processes to sales and to external target audiences, together with segments and training. • Management of the MarCom budget for LUM marketing projects. • Briefing and controlling advertising / external business partners in connection with marketing activities for the verticals. • Support for customer-specific campaign activities for LUM. • Preparation of marketing meetings / workshops and participation. • Conducting market and competition analyzes.
