LEDVANCE LLC markets SYLVANIA lighting products (lamps, luminaires and smart technologies) for virtually all lighting applications for commercial office and industrial buildings, exterior lighting, and home. LEDVANCE has, 100+ years of customer relationships and a powerful distribution network with excellent market access around the globe. We know all the requirements of the general illumination market and cater for the individual demands of our direct and indirect customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Cross-functional communication with support departments such as transportation and warehousing
  • Daily processing of post sales dispute activity; credit and debit transactions
  • Self-directed team environment
  • Execution high-level account management to meet customer requirements
  • Strong attention to detail resulting in a high degree of transaction accuracy
  • Mid to Advanced Excel skills including V-look up
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer focus and advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize those with the highest business importance

What we look for

Education:
  • Preferred AS degree or 3 years relevant experience
  • Specialized or technical knowledge preferred:
    • Position requires a detailed knowledge of our sales order cycle, SAP configuration, procedures/processes
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
    • Understanding of basic accounting concepts as related to OSI sales cycle
    • Efficient multi-tasking skills
