Apply Job ID 36586672048 Date posted 01/04/2023LEDVANCE is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to support our National Customer Service and Sales Center in the US. This position will be hybrid position with in-office days in Mississauga and up to two days remote.

- Daily communication with customers via heavy phone and e-mail contact regarding inquiries/requests with a requirement to determine appropriate solutions and responses
- Daily processing and review of product warranty claims through manual and electronic means
- Cross-functional communication with support departments such as quality, transportation and warehousing
- Execution of mid to high-level problem solving to meet customer requirements
- Provision of accurate product technical support to end users/consumers
- Strong attention to detail resulting in a high degree of transaction accuracy
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Capability to perform detailed problem resolution and the aptitude to learn product technical information relative to the lighting industry
- Strong customer focus and advocacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on quality over quantity
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize those with the highest business importance
Required :
- High school diploma required. AS or BA preferred
- Strong communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot
- Minimum 1 year direct customer service experience
- Ability to work in-office as required
Desired but not required:
- 2-5 years contact center experience a plus
