LEDVANCE is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to support our National Customer Service and Sales Center in the US. This position will be hybrid position with in-office days in Mississauga and up to two days remote.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Daily communication with customers via heavy phone and e-mail contact regarding inquiries/requests with a requirement to determine appropriate solutions and responses
  • Daily processing and review of product warranty claims through manual and electronic means
  • Cross-functional communication with support departments such as quality, transportation and warehousing
  • Execution of mid to high-level problem solving to meet customer requirements
  • Provision of accurate product technical support to end users/consumers
  • Strong attention to detail resulting in a high degree of transaction accuracy
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Capability to perform detailed problem resolution and the aptitude to learn product technical information relative to the lighting industry
  • Strong customer focus and advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize those with the highest business importance

Required :

  • High school diploma required. AS or BA preferred
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot
  • Minimum 1 year direct customer service experience
  • Ability to work in-office as required

Desired but not required:

  • 2-5 years contact center experience a plus
